For the burger:
1 lb lean ground beef
1 small onion, diced finely/processed
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp chili pepper
¼ tsp cumin
1 egg
½ cup bread crumbs (optional)
1 tsp salt to taste
2 Tbsp canola oil for frying
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands. After reaching the dough for a few minutes, bring the top shape and wait for 2-3 hours in the fridge. Then, cut the eggs or bigger pieces and give them a round kofte. Make the kofte on the same hill with the rest of the shit.
Take a casserole in the frying pan, and cook the sauce until the sauce is on both sides. Without waiting, fill in the baked goods and other ingredients as shown in the picture. Serve warm.
