We went from the so expected HF21 to HF22 in less than a week, and many have been the drawbacks that have been presented by those fork´s, something understandable, because we are not talking about a simple system that is installed and reproduced with the simple click of a button. So, taking advantage of these days off that gave me this new update, I decided to take a deserved rest (without leaving home), and although I was somewhat ill for a couple of days, I stay time to pamper mine.
A delicious vegan pizza made us happy on Sunday afternoon, nothing to envy of a conventional pizza with all its cheese and ham, I have always been one of those who think that the deliciousness of the pizza lies in the texture of its bread and the delicious flavor of its sauce, these are the protagonists of any pizza, whether you prefer a thin and crunchy dough or as is my case a thick and spongy dough, this recipe is going to serve you.
It's no secret that I love making bread, and if the end result is a delicious pizza, even more so, and this recipe is one of my favorites, with few ingredients and very simple to make, it's simply perfect. Come with me and I'll tell you how I prepared it. Enjoy! .

To start this recipe, prepare the pre-ferment, add half of the water in a bowl, add and dissolve the yeast, followed by half of the sugar and about three tablespoons of wheat flour, stir well and cover, leaving to rest in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
On the other hand we mix the wheat flour, with sugar, salt and pepper, and make a volcano.
Add the pre-ferment with the olive oil, and the time has come to put your hands on the dough, we add the rest of the water as we knead, and when we have the ingredients integrated, we go to an allowance to continue kneading for about 10 minutes, until we get a soft dough and do not stick to your fingers.
Place our dough in a bowl anointed with a little oil, cover and leave in the oven off for about 60 minutes, or until it doubles in size. After this time, pour our dough on the counter, degas and make our portions, to extend the dough with the help of a roller.
I particularly prepare the pizzas in square molds, because I have to confess that I don't get very pretty that we say in its traditional round shape. After spreading the dough, leaving them 1 cm thick, add the tomato sauce, and a white sauce made from soy milk and corn starch, seasoned with garlic and chives, topped with finely chopped onion, pepper and zucchini, a touch of ground pepper and oregano and baked preheated at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
If unlike me, you like a pizza with a fine dough what they can do is to prick with a fork at the time of spreading on the mold, so that this does not sponge at the time of baking, the result I can assure you that it will be just as delicious.
