Cinnamon Hot Chocolate with Rum + Horchata it’s an easy recipe with so much flavor.
Yield: 2 large mugs

- 3 c milk
- 1/2 c half and half.
- 1/4 c + 2 T cocoa.
- 3 T sugar.
- 2 tsp vanilla extract.
- 1/2 c Cinnamon Rumchata.
- Whipped cream (optional).

In a large skillet over medium-high heat the milk, half, cocoa and sugar. Stir well. Once the milk boils, remove it from the stove and add the vanilla and rumchata. Served with or without whipped cream.
Look for it in your local liquor store. I used Cruzan Velvet Cinnamon Rum (Horchata + Rum + Cinnamon). If you can not find Rumchata with cinnamon, add cinnamon yourself.
