Chuamin means fried noodles. Many vegetables, noodles cooked with meat, are known in Chinese restaurants in our country as Chaumin. So let's see how to make Chicken Choumin.
Materials
A pack of noodles
Chicken breast meat half cup
Carrots (cut into long narrowly) half cup
Badakhapi Kuchi half cup
Capsicum bitter semi cup
Garlic cloves one table spoon
Three tablespoons of soy sauce
One tablespoon of chopped green chillies
One tablespoon of the cornflower
One spoon of pepper powder
An egg
Sugar half tea spoon
Salt taste
Prepare the system
Take meat in a bowl and keep it for 10 minutes with a half cup of cornflower black pepper and one tablespoon soy sauce. Heat the water in a pot and add salt and oil. When the water starts boiling, boil the noodles and drain the water. Take out chicken meat and egg whites separately with oil in a pan. Take a little more oil in the pan and apply the garlic paste lightly. Then keep aside with all vegetables, groundnut and salt. Now mix the vegetables with the noodles. Mix well and keep aside the meat and eggs. After serving, stirring with banana pepper powder, soy sauce and sugar for three to four minutes.
