This is called rice and local stew.On Sunday I wrote on how to cook jolof rice but before I commence.This is so much loved by the "EGBA'S",the western part of Nigeria. Today am writing on how to prepare the Stew. Cause everyone knows how to prepare White rice

INGREDIENTS

Ripe pepper
Green peppers
Locust beans
Onions
Maggi
Salt
Meat
Fish

PREPARATION OF OFADA STEW

Blend onions and peppers
Grind crayfish and add your locust beans seasoning
Pour blended pepper into a pot and cook for some time
Pour red palm oil into a pot and fry ,then turn the boiled pepper and cook
Add the crayfish and locust beans seasoning and add salt to taste

It is so that simple to prepare
