Do you agreed that there’s no better than deep fried goodies? I do.
Yesterday I made deep fried sesame seed cookies
And the smells of sesame seeds was so perfect! and They are super easy to make.
I was also using some of my new but unwanted magazine as paper-line, I have plenty of them (I guess every woman does! Lol) So, since I didn’t have to bake the cookies, I thought it’s ok to use the magazine as a paper-line, just gotta make sure they are clean and new.
Okey, let’s get to the recipe!
INGREDIENTS
=>
- 200 g glutinous rice flour
- 100 g rice flour
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 60 ml coconut milk
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- Oil to fry
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Making The Dough

- Whisk all the dry ingredients, glutinous rice flour, rice flour and salt. Put aside.

- In a mixer bowl, put together sugar, eggs and butter.
- Beat sugar, eggs and butter until well combined.
- Add in vanilla, mix well.
- Add in the flour mix/dry ingredients.
- Mix them slowly.
- Pour in the coconut milk, mix them well until it becomes a nice smooth dough.
- Add in sesame seeds and mix them until well combined.
Step 2: Shaping The Cookies

- Get ready the paper-line and piping bag.
- Place some dough into the piping bag.
- Starts to pipe the dough out from piping bag and shape it round-layers on top of the paper-line.
- Do it until the dough is finish.
Step 3: Fry The Dough

- Use a spatula, place each cookies one by one on top of the spatula, take of the paper line and put them into the deep fryer.
- Fry them until golden brown.
