Introduction
I have long enjoyed cooking but I admit that now, I do it more by obligation. I have the impression of always preparing the same dishes, the same flavors even if I try to make intelligent, organic and economic choices.

Flat chefs
A friend came to dinner at home last week and told me about the Chefs Plate concept. Chefs Plate specializes in home delivery of what will be needed for you to prepare delicious recipes for 2 or 4 people. The registration is done "online" and offers each week a dozen menus. The customer makes his choice and receives the following week a box containing the necessary to concoct 1, 2 or 3 meals (for 2 or 4 people).

Advantages
Each box contains all the ingredients needed to make one or more complete meals. The company sources from local producers and encourages responsible farms and farms. It also promotes the use of seasonal products to ensure the freshness of food. The only ingredients needed at home are: oil, salt, pepper and cooking equipment (stove and hob). It takes approximately 30 minutes for the preparation and cooking of the meal.

The inconvenients
The packaging is numerous because the ingredients are sealed in individual bags (which is good for allergies) but are reusable. The price is $ 9.75 per person per menu, which is quite high.
My opinion
This week I'm trying my first box of 3 meals. The first meal was succulent and my son ate the Greek turkey burger without complaining, which is VERY good sign! Honestly, it was very good and the flavors were very good. I continue the trial by evaluating if the value for money is worth it ...
Looking forward,
Greenvago
