Ok. Let’s cook something tasty today to pamper your stomach a little bit.
Ingredients:
1 big carrot
1 onion
2 tomatoes
Some broccoli
Some green beans or French beans
Some celery root (to your liking)
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Mediterranean or Italian herbs
Curry or saffron (I like to add both)
Chop all vegetable ingredients. Peel off the tomatoes and cut them in small pieces. You can also use ready-frozen vegetables for this dish.
Oil the pan and add vegetables. Mix all well.
In 10-15 minutes add some tomatoes. Then add salt, pepper, Mediterranean or Italian herbs, curry or saffron. Fry vegetables until they’ll be ready.
Boil the spaghetti in a saucepan. Add some butter and salt.
Then make some “nests” on the plate and put vegetable filling inside them.
Finally your tasty vegan dinner is ready!
This dish looks like restaurant dish. But it is easy to cook and delicious.
