Today, I introduce my baking products sold at a Japanese grocery store in downtown Washington, DC. I use two different kinds of premium maccha (green tea powder) and fully roasted Hojicha (Japanese brown tea) for my shortbreads. Hope some of you can taste them when you are in Washington, DC!
