Italian Seared Beef with Rocket Salad
Hello Hive!
Want a recipe that you can cook in five minutes, but tastes like a real treat?
We cant go out to dinners right now, so do yourself a favour and make this beautiful dish for dinner one evening this weekend.
Shopping list for two people:
2 x steak of your choice
2 tsp pesto
50 to 100g rocket salad
30g pine nuts
Some parmesan
Olive oil

This awesome recipe is from Jamie Oliver's 5 Ingredients recipe book which I would highly recommend! The less ingredients per recipe, the more likely you can get them in the shops right???
