Linghod is a bisaya word that means "immature". It is usually used to describe a fruit that is not yet mature. If you harvest a mango that is "linghod" thus it will never get ripe and surely it will be squishy and sour! So how to deal with it? Just shake it off!!!
Things you just need are evaporated milk to make a smooth texture, powdered milk to make it creamier and a honey or you can use sugar, crushed ice and of course the sliced mango! Then shake it baby!!
It is best to pair with your favorite kakanin!!
