Easy Salsa (large batch for freezing or canning)
3 2.8 litre Cans Diced Tomatoes
2.8 Litre Crushed Tomatoes
2 Lg Cans Tomato Paste
10 Jalapenos seeded finely chopped
8 Serano Chilis finely Chopped
6 whole bulbs of garlic minced
1/2 Head of Celery
6 Green Bell Peppers
6 Red Bell peppers
Lg flat leaf parsley
3Tbsp Celery Seed
1/4 Cup Seasoning Salt
3 Tbsp Cumin
2 Cups Vinegar
4 Cups canned green chilis
750 Ml Frozen Corn
5 C canned Black Beans
6 med onions diced small
Put all ingredients in large pot and cook simmering 30 -40 min.
Can or freeze in smaller jars or ziplock bags
