Today I’m sharing the best food to satisfy food cravings - a super creamy and rich banana shake with the good fats of peanuts and coconut milk. It’s sweet, it’s delicious and healthy.

Portions: 1
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 200 ml coconut milk
- handful of unsalted peanuts (or 1 tbsp nut butter)
- ½ tsp cinnamon (and/or ground vanilla)
- optional: 1 date for more sweetness
Instructions
- If necessary, let the frozen bananas thaw for a moment.
- Put it into a blender together with the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Add a date for more sweetness.
- Decorate with crushed peanuts and some cinnamon.
