Ilocos Delicacies Bagnet bought with love by my younger sister . Traveled by plane to try new experience and tourist attraction, my sister always bought pasalubong (souvenir) especially food .
They claimed that Bagnet is the Ilocos version of "Lechon Kawali". It contains huge chunks of pork liempo or belly that they have to deep fried to make it looks and tastes crispy. One of their favourite delicacies.
How lovely that someone remembers you and give something without asking in return. It is so dear and special. We ate this for our dinner.
Thank you sister! :))
Pasalubong (souvenir) is the traditional Filipino behavior in the Philippines to remind beautiful memories to give to our loved ones.
