It's amazingly easy to cook and, ahem, resteem!
My mom gave my wife instructions and she cooked it for lunch.
Here's how to cook it:
After cleaning the fish, marinate it in fish sauce, salt and pepper for about 20 minutes. Mince some carrots and steam them for about 3 minutes. Steam the fish separately for 15-20 minutes. Coat the fish with 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and sprinkle the carrots on top.
It couldn't be tastier!
Fortunately, there's another one for dinner.
