Here I wanted to show the other side of my work. Bar food can be great. So I tried a fancy Potatoe skins recipe.
I was testing recipes last night. A little sloppy but you get the idea.

Dragontail Sauce aka spicy bbq with a sweet bourban mayo and cayenne pepper.
