The crispy elements, give texture to your meals and when they are fried, the are better. These fried cassava sticks are ideal to vary your meals, make snacks or spoil the smallest of the house. The interesting thing about this preparation is that the cassava is going to be fried directly raw, that is, it will not be cooked in water first, saving time, oil and providing more flavor.
Ingredients
- Cassava (amount needed)
- Oil (amount needed for frying)
- Salt
Preparation
- Wash the cassava well to remove any traces of dirt, peel and cut into sticks or sticks. After cutting the sticks, let stand by about 5 minutes.
- In hot oil, fry the cassava sticks and brown well on all sides.
- Sprinkle with salt when leaving the oil and serve your preference.
In my case, I accompanied them with a grated salad and a beef strips with onion and paprika.
