legumes? Is seriously? Well, yes, this time I want to share a recipe of brownie a legumes based and that is that legumes are foods that contain essential nutrients for the body and have a content of proteins. Although we usually prepare legumes in salty foods, in sweet food they are excellent for providing texture, flavor and nutrients. Ideal for those people who are allergic to wheat. Look for the ingredients, prepare the table, preheat the oven that we are going to cook.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups of cooked black or white legumes without salt
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 cups of flaked oatmeal
- 100gr of peanuts
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 100 grams of chocolate chips (It can be a chocolate bar chopped into small pieces and can be more than 100gr XD)
- 3 teaspoons of edible oil.
Note: If you are allergic to eggs, you can remove it from the recipe but only place 1 and 1/2 cup of oatmeal, to achieve the right texture
Preparation
The preparation is simple, place all ingredients (except oatmeal, peanuts and chocolate chips) in a blender or processor, and disintegrate all ingredients well. You can also use a small mixer to process beans and incorporate the other ingredients with a wooden spoon
Before placing the mixture in your mold, add the chocolate chips, the peanut and mix gently
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool and serve
