- 2 maracuya pulps
- 6 tablespoons battered corn starch
- 150gr of sugar (It can be more, everything depends on the amount of pulp obtained from the fruit)
- 1.1 liters of water
- A spoonful of unflavored gelatin (optional but recommended)
Procedure
- slightly Blend the fruit pulp in the liter of water, only to loosen the pulp of the seed and prevent it from being crushed.
- Add the juice in a saucepan, cook over medium heat and add the sugar.
- Dissolve corn starch in 100ml of water
