Chef Diego Buik created this very expensive burger in hopes of making it on the Guinness World Record.
I can't lie... the items that go into this masterpiece have me wanting to try it. Being able to pair this with dry red wine, or a nice sweet tequila seems very delightful.
It consists of Japanese dry-aged Wagyu beef, Oosterschelde lobster, foie gras, white truffles, Remeker cheese, Iberian ham, French lettuce, Japanese fruit tomatoes, and caviar. The Oosterchelde lobster is infused with Hermit Dutch Coastal gin as well.
To compliment the burger, there is a spicy sauce that consists of 35 lobsters, Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee, Madagascan vanilla, saffron, and Japanese soy sauce. Sounds delicious, but it's quite pricey.
To make this monstrous burger stand out, the brioche bun is coated in 24k gold leaf to give it an elegant and extravagant look. The bun alone costs $135.
