It's somebody's birthday on this February. It's Emier's, my second little buddy birthday. I always make the cake by myself. I know I am not the best in piping birthday cake but whatever the shape is, my kids always eat their mamma's cake made. The best part is, they love it! So yeah...what else can a mother do. Love ya kiddos!!😘😘
Ingredients:
- 4 egg yolks
- 120 gr flour
- 10 gr cinnamon powder
- 30 ml oil
- 80 ml milk
- 10 ml mocca paste
- salt
Meringue:
- 5 egg whites
- 120 gr fine sugar
- 1 tsp vinegar
Buttercream:
- 250 gr butter
- 250 gr icing sugar
- 100 gr instant cream
- 10 gr vanilla essence/ condensed milk
- blueberry jam
Instructions:
- Add in vinegar then beat egg whites.
- Add in sugar gradually until it forms soft peaks.
- Whisk in egg yolks into meringue by folding technique.
- Shift in flour,salt, cinnamon then whisk thoroughly.
- Add in mocca, oil, and milk, whisk well.
- Pour into mold then tap a couple times.
- Bake in 150 C in 35 minutes
- Take out from oven let it cool.
Cream:
Beat butter, icing sugar, instant cream and vanilla essence.
- Prepare the cream nozzle, place cream into triangle plastic.
- Cut into halves and smear blueberry jam.
- Top again, coat with cream and start to pipe!
