There are many ways to prep and cook chicken feet in the Asian cuisine. But my parents abosulety loved it boiled with some mustard greens as a light broth. After thoroughly cleaning them, they are placed in a pot of hot water and boiled with lemongrass, salt, and black pepper. Mustard greens are added afterwards, allowing the broth to bring flavor to them. Here my mother had scoop up the chicken feet for a picture. garnished with some home grown cilantro.
