This is the meal when that takes making being away from my parents more bearable. It's a traditional Hmong soup. Full of southern Asian herbs I have no name for, salt, black pepper, and chicken. Keeping the broth light and clean, seasoned lightly with salt and black pepper just to bring flavor to the soup. This is a very simple soup to make and eaten with steam rice sure hits home. It is also the soup for Hmong Postpartum Recovery to restoring a woman's body. In which it is eaten a whole month straight. Hope you enjoy.
