Pad Thai, one of the most easiest recipe to make and is light, healthy, and tasty. Using rice noodles, we add in boiled hot water for 5+ minutes to soften the noodles before cooking it in on the frying pan with the sauces you most like. You can add specially made sauce for pad thai, but if you are just using whats on hand in your cupboards such as soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, they all work. I do also add in a bit of sugar to sweeten up the noodles along with salt, black pepper, and oil. Once the noodles are cooked to your liking, we just go ahead and plated it. Next we have some scramble eggs cooked and sliced up along with some very fresh greens: cilantro and green onions and spread em over. Its ready to be served and eaten.
