6 eggs boiled
2 potatoes boiled
2 teaspoons lemon juice

1 tomato finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander leaves
Method
Cut the egg from knife to two pieces and remove the yellow part and keep it aside. - Mash the yellow part of the egg with boiled potatoes.
Mix the salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves in the mixture.
- Stuff the egg from this mixture now.
- Egg salad is ready. Serve it with garnish with finely chopped onion, capsicum, tomatoes and coriander leaves.
