Sweet Temptation
Today I will show you how to make a cherry cheesecake.
Shortbread dough: 250 gr flour, 125 gr butter, 65gr sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg, 1 glas sour cherries.
Pour the flour onto a baking board, make a deepening into the middle, add sugar, then egg and a pinch of salt. Outside, spread the fat cut into slices.
Knead it all together and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Grease a 26 cm mould
Roll out the dough evenly and distribute it by hand in the mould.
Make a few small cuts in the ground with a knife
Heat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius - later the cake is baked for an hour.
Cheesecake filling: 500gr curd cheese, 250gr cream, 50gr flour, 150ml water, 3 eggs, 150gr sugar
Separate the egg yolk and protein and beat the egg white until it is stiff.
Mix the remaining ingredients together and add to the beaten egg whites.
Spread the sour cherries on the dough and fill with the filling.
The cake will be put in the oven for an hour.
