Be prepared to pay premium prices for premium ice cream! ($5 for a single scoop, $7 for double scoops, $11 for a pint). The good news is that the price is well deserved. The ice cream is incredibly creamy and full of flavor. The staffs are also very generous with the sampling.... be sure to try a few flavors before you order. Be ready to wait for at least 15 minutes during the busy hours in busy seasons (summer nights).
Ever since I tried my first earnest ice cream, I've been a royal returning customer. This is for sure my favorite ice cream place in Vancouver! Always so creamy, great ingredients, creative and tastes just right.
