My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
two medium basa fish fillet - clean and cut
2 to 3 tbsp cornstarch
2 spring onion - cut length size
a thumb size fresh ginger - cut
small size daikon - peel and cut
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 jalapeno - cut (optional)
salt
oil to fry
Method:
Coat the basa fish, and pan fry it with a little oil at the time. Bring to boil the sliced daikon with some salt, strain it and set aside.
Using a clean frying pan, heat a little bit oil and saute the ginger, then turn the heat down. Add the boiled daikon, spring onion and the fried fish, season with 2 tbsp soy sauce.
serve.
