I'm not sure what I should prepare for dinner when I'm exhausted after cleaning, dusting and mopping the house. It should be something easy and simple and not too many things to clean up afterwards. I still have cauliflower from the day before and it will be best to serve with grill beef and steamed rice.
Also renovating the house is the most tiring thing ever, especially when you're living in the house while you renovating. My basement, kitchen, bathroom and everywhere are messy. We are also changing out the water pipes so we didn't have water for a few days. Well, that's why my dinner is the easy one.
Grilled Beef Steak
Ingredients:
Beef
himalayan salt
chopped rosemary
olive oil
Method:
Rub both sides of the beef and let it for few hours in refrigerator. Heat the griller, if you are using a regular griller , grease the griller with some olive oil then grill the beef.
Turn the beef when it's brown and transfer into the oven over 200 degrees for 5 minutes or depending how thick your beef is, If you prefer your beef for medium rare or medium well or even well done.
Take the beef out from the oven and place it into a clean plate and cover it with aluminum foil 1 to 2 minutes before you serve.
