Grilling is the most easiest thing, yet the taste we get is super wonderful. Here is the way I cut and season my cauliflower.
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower
2 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Some chili flakes
Salt and black pepper
Method:
Cut the cauliflower 3 to 4 pieces from the center (you can keep the rest to cook another time). Sprinkles both sides with the seasoning.
Grill the marinated cauliflower on both sides.
Serve.
