The most easiest chicken to prepare but the most juiciest fried chicken ever. Marinated meat always give you pleasant taste, is moist, juicy, yet the seasoning went all the way in and you actually don't even need any dipping sauce. But I don't think you won't leave alone the best chili sauce.

My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 15 minutes / Cook Time: 20 to 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken-clean and cut
1/8 cup of grated lemongrass
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1 teaspoon ginger ginger
Salt
Vegetable oil to fry
For The Sauce:
2 fresh chili - finely chopped
1/4 cup sesame oil
Salt
Method:
Marinate the chicken with the seasonings and refrigerator at least 24 hours.
Heat the oil using a deep fryer or regular stove. Fry the marinated chicken until it's cooked and golden brown.
Mix the chopped chili and some salt, set aside. Heat the sesame oil until it's hot and pour it into the chili.
Serve the fried chicken with the chili sesame oil sauce.
