Tandoori Naan Sandwich, super fast and yet delicious tangy smoked gruyere cheese just kick your snacking time so well. Or even for your lunch.
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 naan breads or vita bread
1 cup slice cooked beef
10 cherry tomatoes - cut
1/2 cup boiled fresh pees or frozen
10 baby bella mushroom-sliced
1 cup grated smoked gruyere cheese or any cheese
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of chopped rosemary
Salt and pepper
Method:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
Cut open the naan or vita bread becoming two side parts (top and bottom), spread the mixed ingredients on top of the bread. Using a grill pan, grill the bread and transfer into the oven over 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cut and serve while it's hot.
