Let's go with the simple one! You don't have to go to Chinese restaurant to enjoy stir fry beef and broccoli, easy and super yummy.
Try it in your own kitchen!
My own original recipe.
Prep Time: 10 minutes / Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
8 oz beef flank
1 bunch broccoli - cut and wash
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup tapioca starch
1 clove minced of garlic
Pinch of black pepper
Oil to fry
For Seasoning:
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon tapioca starch
Method:
Wash the beef and dry it up with a paper towel, thinly cut to the width then marinate it with a tbsp soy sauce, pinch of black pepper and a tbsp olive oil.
Roll and gently press it into the tapioca starch, then fry in hot oil. Don't need to over fry, as long as a bit brown (see the picture bottom)
Using the same frying pan, fry the garlic until fragrant with a little bit oil. Add the broccoli, stir and cook it for a few minutes.
In a small bowl, mix the seasoning well and add it into the broccoli. When the juice gets thickened, add the beef and mix well.
Serve.
