Sweet Persimmon
Persimmon has beneficial properties for our health, harmony, and beauty. Persimmon is a berry of warm orange color with a pleasant tart-sweet taste.
If the persimmon is unripe, you can leave it on the table for a couple of days, it will ripen. In the people, there is such a recipe - to remove the binding properties you need to freeze, and then unfreeze the fruit. So the persimmon will be much sweeter, but you need to eat it right away.
The fruit persimmon, unique in its richness, has a large number of vitamins and minerals: retinol, vitamins C and P, potassium, iron, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium. Persimmon is also useful in the presence of antioxidants, carbohydrates, organic acids, proteins, tannins, and fiber.
