Why zucchini should be on our menu?
Many studies have proven that zucchini is very rich in vitamins and minerals. So, they are a good source of vitamins A, K, B and C, manganese and potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, folate as well as zinc, iron and calcium. Zucchini can be prepared in several ways. Today I decided to fill zucchini with minced meat, if you don't like meat, fill it with vegetables you like or spread.
Ingredients you need for two people:
- 300g minced meat
- 2 zucchini
- onion
- shangarepa
- one egg
- 50ml neutral sour cream
- cheese
- pepper and salt
- garlic
Dice the onion and sangarepa and place in a pan to simmer, then add minced meat, spice, pepper and garlic. Fry a little.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it in half so that we can fill it with meat.
When we have filled the zucchini, put it in the oven at 200 C to bake for 20 minutes.
Beat one egg with sour cream, after 20 minutes take out the zucchini and pour the egg over them, return to bake.
When baked, grate the cheese and return to the oven for 2 minutes.
Serve while warm, pleasant. :)
