Hello everyone! How is your Quarantine days?, I'm hoping that all of you is doing well. It is the second month of the community quarantine and I need to save food to make sure that I have something to eat for thw next coming days of community qurantine because no one knows how long this lockdown goes.
To save some food I decided to make new recipe from our food leftovers, and since we have leftover fried chicken from our dinner last night I decided to make new recipe from this leftover fried chicken for our breakfast for today..
So let's start the cooking!
And this time I will make a soup dish from these leftover fried chicken this is very fast and easy to make.
ingridients:
leftover fried chicken
1pc chayote
1pc onion
3pcs green clili
3 cloves minced garlic
5pc thin slices of ginger
4 pcs onion leeks(sliced)
1/2 teaspoon of blac pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of MSG (optional)
Procedure:
First you need to preheat the pan/wok medium fire then saute the ginger first then add the chayote garlic and onion then saute until the color of the garlic turns into golden brown.
Then add the chicken on the sauteed vegetables and saute it again for 1 to 2 minutes.
Then after sauteing all of our main ingridients its time to add 1 and 1/2 cup of water and boil for 5 minutes.
Then after boiling add the other remaining ingridients like sliced onion leeks and 3pcs green chli and also don't forget to to add all the condements on our ingridients like salt, MSG and black pepper then keep on boiling for at least 2minutes.
Then boom! Our soup dish from leftover fried chicken is already cooked, go on and take a scoup dont be sy hahaha.. By the way this recipe is very easy, right? And the most important thing is you also save food.
