I know it's been a while since my last post but everything's been crazy this days with my internship. It's pretty nice learning know things that are used in the working field, but walking 2-3 miles to get there every day can be BIT exhausting.
Anyway, last year a good friend left to Peru and heΒ΄s doing great there. So good that every time he buys chocolates and all types of sweet he takes a picture just to annoy the hell out of me, but last week while talking about different recipes and he sends this :

I ask for the step by step pictures and recipe to make it at home and wanted to share it with you guys:
π΅3 chopped onions
π΅1/4 cup of coriander
π΅2 spoons butter (for taste)
π΅a tea spoon of oil
π΅a pinch of salt
and mix!

But here's the warning: you have to clean them first. Shrimps have excrement still inside them, specifically on their head (talk about a dirty mind).
