Quiche quinoa and piperade
Introduction
The piperade is a preparation of Basque origin based on tomatoes and pepper. Priméal offers its delicious canned recipe, including peppers. Why not incorporate it into a quiche device like this? Guaranteed effect!
ingredients
Pastry :
30 g of Priméal Express Quinoa
50 ml of boiling water
230 g of Priméal spelled white flour
5 cl of olive oil
1 teaspoon unrefined salt
Garnish :
4 farm eggs
120 g of fresh cream
650 g canned organic piperade
40 g of quinoa express
½ red onion
unrefined salt, pepper 5 berries
Steps :

In a bowl, pour the Priméal Express Quinoa. Add boiling water. Stir and let swell for 5 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the flour with salt and olive oil, add the quinoa express and mix thoroughly.

Add a little cold water if necessary to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.

Filmer and keep cool for at least 30 minutes.

Lower the broken dough on a floured work surface, about 5 mm thick. Smear a pie pan about 28 cm in diameter, lightly oiled. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes, or freeze for 15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 200 °. Whisk the eggs with the cream in a large bowl. Add piperade, quinoa express, chopped half-onion, salt and pepper. Cover the dough with this appliance.

Bake the quiche for 45 minutes. Serve hot or cold accompan
