Hi Steemians. I am always open to trying new types of food. A few years ago I was introduced to a delicious chinese dish:
The unidentifiable meat slices are pig ears! They are absolutely great. It is served mixed with coriander and a sour vinegar sauce. Only the center of pig ear is made of cartilage so there is a fair bit of meat and skin on it. Because of this it is also not so chewy as you might have intially expected. The pig ear texture goes great with some fresh crunchy coriander. And some how it is also to absorb the sour vinegar.
A surprising number of Chinese restaurants in Europe serve this dish. So if you have the opportunity to order please do! They are yummy :o)
