Visited an oldie but a goodie with my cousin. I tried this Capocollo Ham at Auction Rooms.
This place is an institution on the Melbourne brunch scene. I tell you what though, they match the fancy terms like compressed watermelon, cured egg yolk, aged manchego with some fancy tastes. I really enjoyed the combination with POPCORN and dem "peppers" were quite good. Throw in some ham and voila.
My only concern was that I was still slightly hungry, maybe less words and more carbs on the plate... But what would I know, I just eat!
