- Salt and black ground pepper - to taste;
- 1 onion;
- 25 g red peppers.
Preparation
Prepared chicken hearts fill with olive oil and soy sauce, add garlic, salt, pepper and paprika passed through the press. Stir and leave for half an hour to marinate.
At this time, fry the strips of vegetables: first onions, then peppers. Add to the mixture of the heart, mix. Stew on medium heat with the lid closed for 20-25 minutes. Periodically mix. The liquid is not necessary to add - it will be given by the hearts.
