Chocolate cake from courgettes

Ingredients
For the cake:
- 170 g of butter;
- 300 g of sugar;
- pinch of vanillin;
- 3 eggs;
- 190 g of flour;
- 180 g of cocoa;
- 1 teaspoon baking powder;
- 1 teaspoon of soda;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon;
- 240 ml of milk;
- 1 small vegetable marrow;
- a little vegetable oil.
For cream:
- 230 g of butter;
- 120 g of cocoa;
- 370 g of powdered sugar;
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee;
- 120 ml of milk.
Preparation
Mixer mix the room temperature oil and sugar to a creamy consistency. Add vanillin and eggs and whisk again.
In a separate container, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Put flour into the oily mixture, pour in the milk and mix well. Add the grated zucchini and stir again.
Lubricate two forms of baking with a diameter of 22 cm. Dilute the dough and bake at 160 ° C for about 30 minutes. If you only have one shape, prepare the cakes one at a time.
Whip the mixer with all the ingredients for the cream to a homogeneous consistency. Lay the cooled cake on a serving dish, grease the top with cream and cover with a second cake. Saturate the top and sides of the cake with the remaining cream. decorate with cherries.
