Ingredients:
Carrots - 400 g
Garlic - 2 cloves
Rosemary - 1 branch
Olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons
Black pepper - to taste
Salt - to taste
Directions:
1. Wash carrots under running water. Cut the carrot into two longitudinal halves.
2. Put the carrots into the baking dish. Add the leaves of rosemary, chopped garlic.
3. Pour the carrots with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Stir the carrots so that it absorbs olive oil and seasonings as much as possible.
5. Then spread the carrots apart.
6. Bake carrots at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes until soft.
