Today was a great day, I managed to remake all important matters and of course to do my favorite cooking baking. In the morning in the fridge I found a few pears and I came up with the idea to make a very delicate pie with a pear.
In general, cooking baking takes a special role for me, since I really love pastries and I can not deny myself this aromatic miracle.
Today I decided not to cut the pear into slices and bake it whole in the center of the pie.
It seems to me that the pie turns out to be more interesting and beautiful, and the pear with it is baked and spreads its fragrance all over the pie.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour - 180 g
Eggs - 2 pieces.
Butter - 80 g
Sour cream - 50 g
Sugar - 110 g
Pear - 1 pc.
PREPARATION:
1. Eggs mixed with sugar and add sour cream.
2. Soften the butter and add to the egg mixture.
3. Sift the flour through a sieve and add to the egg mixture.
4. Lubricate the baking dish with butter and lay out the dough.
5. Put a whole pear in the center of the pie and press it into the dough.
6. Bake the pie at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
