Today I bring you a delicious orange bundt cake with poppy seeds, very simple, great flavor and very fluffy. A bundt cake is a cake with a hole in the middle or made in a mold with a very beautiful ring form. There are a lot of flavors and recipes for these kind of cake. To prepare it, you will start by placing 200 g of butter and two cups of sugar in the electric mixer, beating at medium speed until the mixture is creamy. Add the zest of a small orange. Slow down the mixer and add 3 eggs one at a time and beating after every one. Alternately add 2 cups of buttermilk and 3 cups of flour mixed with 1 tablespoon of baking powder. Finally add 3 tablespoons of poppy seeds and mix gently. Put the mixture in a beautiful bundt cake mold with butter and flour. Bake to 185 ° C during about 35 minutes or until when introducing a stick comes out clean.
