Toblerone + Brownie + Ice Cream = OMG! This dessert is so easy to make and stuns everyones taste buds, it's the perfect way to end a meal.

Onto the recipe!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1/3 cup plain flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
200g butter, melted
200g Toblerone chocolate bar
Serve with Honey Nougat Ice-Cream or Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (optional)
Method:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Lightly grease a 5cm-deep, 22cm round, ceramic ovenproof dish.
Step 2
Using an electric mixer or hand whisk, beat sugar and eggs for 10 minutes or until thick and creamy. Add vanilla and beat until just combined. Sift flour and cocoa together. Add to egg mixture and beat on a low speed until just combined. Add butter. Beat on low speed until just combined. Pour into prepared dish.
Step 3
Break 3/4 of the Toblerone into triangles. Press into mixture in dish. Smooth top to cover triangles. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are just firm to touch. Stand for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Thinly slice remaining Toblerone. Serve pudding warm with ice-cream and sliced Toblerone.
Serve straight away as everything will melt fairly quickly
Once you scoop into that brownie mixture, the Toblerone will melt and the ice cream will create rivers of deliciousness!
