I am still on my keto diet and last night for dinner we had shish kabobs consisting of Chicken shrimp mushrooms zucchini peppers and onions. This was the first time I ever made them, and they were wonderful. For dessert the wifey made a keto dessert peanut butter pie. It had only 7gm carbs per slice.
And I can be easy when you have a wife that can cook awesome food for you.
