Hello guys! I am sorry that it took me a long time again to post something. I hope you guys are doing great. Today, I am going to share with you my very easy but yummy version of Steamed Shrimp! :) Let's get started...
Ingredients:
Shrimps - 2 pounds (cleaned)
Onion grass - 6 pcs. (chopped)
Ginger - 4 -5 slices)
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp. (ground)
How to cook:
Season first the shrimps with salt and pepper then put it on a piece of foil. Put in the ginger and onion grass on top of the shrimps then cover another sheet of foil on top then fold each side to seal the flavor and to form a packet. Next is pre-heat the steamer. Once it's already heated, put in the packet of shrimps. Wait for 10-15 mins and it's ready to be served.
If you don't have a small steamer, you can improvise one by using a kettle with water then put in a ceramic cup upside down and place a small ceramic plate on top then put the shrimps and cover.
