Today I propose you a recipe of tiramisu.
You could tell me that there are already dozens of recipes for this delicious dessert on steemit. Yes... But this recipe is not like the others!
I explain myself, it is the simplest recipe of tiramisu that exists but above all it is the best I ate!
But above all, it comes from my mother.
Why the simplest? because the proportions are calculated by tablespoon. you don't need a scale!
I suggest you use glass.
because it's easier to serve and prettier.
Tiramisu:
500g mascarpone,
5 eggs ,
5 tablespoon of sugar,
Spoon biscuit or Breton pallet or speculos,
(personally I take Breton pallets)
a tear of amaretto or rum,
a teardrop of liquid vanilla
Step 1: Beat the egg yolks with the sugar for a long time until they turn white.
Step 2: whisk the egg whites.
Step 3: Gently add the egg yolks and mascarpone to the egg yolk mixture.
Step 4: Quickly moisten the biscuits in the coffee with alcohol before covering the bottom of the dish.
Step 5: Alternate layer of cream and biscuits.
Step 6: Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, then enjoy chilled.
The idea of publishing this recipe came to me because I bought the ingredients yesterday. a birthday party is planned this week :)
