Hello, Steemians. Today is Saturday, I cooked spaghetti that my kids like. I decided to do with vegetables, because they bring more benefits to our health. It was very tasty!
Ingredients:
-spahetti 300 grams
- 3 carrots
-3 tomatoes
- leeks
- 100 grams of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Cut the leek rings and tomatoes, to grate carrots.
2. In a pan pour oil and put chopped vegetables and stew on low heat stirring occasionally.
3. Boil the spaghetti and pour to stewed vegetables.
4. Prepare the sauce: 100 grams of mayonnaise mixed with 1 teaspoon of French mustard and crushed garlic.
